Thank you for shopping with Monstera Home Studio. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 Days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items (such as final sale items, personalized/custom products, or perishable goods) are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
- Refund order will charge 15% of restock fee.
- Approved refunds will be processed to store credit by a gift card to your email address within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at monsterahs.info@gmail.com.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
